About This Warehouse Picker Packer Role
Staffing Service is currently recruiting motivated and reliable warehouse picker and packers to work within busy distribution centres and fulfilment warehouses across London and surrounding areas including Slough, Milton Keynes, Enfield, Dagenham, and Heathrow.
As a picker packer, you will be responsible for accurately picking customer orders from warehouse shelving systems, carefully packing items to ensure safe transit, and maintaining high standards of quality throughout the fulfilment process. Key Responsibilities
Order Picking: Accurately locate and pick products from warehouse shelving using RF scanners and pick lists to fulfil customer orders efficiently
Packing & Dispatch: Securely pack products using appropriate packaging materials, ensuring items are protected during transit
Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects, ensuring only quality items are dispatched to customers
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, report discrepancies, and assist with stock counts when required
Loading & Unloading: Assist with loading outbound shipments and unloading incoming deliveries as required
Workplace Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards
