Event Security Professional – Harrow HA1

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Conduct thorough access control and ticket verification at venue entry points
Monitor crowd behavior and identify potential security risks or disturbances
Perform regular patrols of assigned areas within event venues
Respond to incidents and emergencies following established protocols
Provide excellent customer service while maintaining security standards
Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs
Coordinate with venue management, emergency services, and other security staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and venue policies
Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding License
- Right to work in the UK (documentation required)
- Minimum 1 year event security experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- First Aid at Work Certificate
- Crowd management training/qualification
- Conflict management training
- Experience with radio communication systems
