Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily catering operations including food preparation, service delivery, and quality control

Manage and supervise catering staff, including kitchen porters, chefs, and waiting staff
- ✓
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, health and safety standards, and hygiene protocols
- ✓
Coordinate with clients to understand catering requirements and ensure customer satisfaction
- ✓
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and control costs
- ✓
Create staff schedules and rotas to ensure adequate coverage during peak periods
- ✓
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- ✓
Monitor budget performance and implement cost-effective measures without compromising quality
Essential Requirements

Proven experience in catering management or hospitality management role (minimum 2 years)
- ►
Level 3 Food Safety and Hygiene certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate staff

Excellent organizational and time management abilities

Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and events
