Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service Excellence: Deliver outstanding customer experiences at events, exhibitions, and hospitality venues
  • Event Setup & Breakdown: Assist with venue preparation, equipment setup, and post-event clearing
  • Food & Beverage Service: Serve guests professionally at banquets, conferences, and corporate events
  • Bar Operations: Support bartending operations, stock management, and service delivery
  • Reception & Registration: Welcome guests, manage check-ins, and provide event information
  • Exhibition Support: Assist with trade show operations, promotional activities, and stand management
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with event managers, venue staff, and fellow team members
  • Professional Standards: Maintain high standards of presentation, punctuality, and conduct
