• Cleaning extraction systems, filters, and ventilation units as required

• Emptying and sanitizing bins throughout the kitchen and surrounding areas

• Ensuring adequate supplies of cleaning materials and kitchen essentials are always available

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service

• Deep cleaning cooking equipment including ovens, grills, fryers, and ranges on a scheduled basis
