Key Responsibilities & Duties

Assist skilled tradespeople including bricklayers, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers with various construction tasks. Mix materials, carry tools and equipment, and provide essential support to keep projects running smoothly.
📦 Material Handling
Load, unload, and transport construction materials across the site. Ensure materials are stored safely and efficiently, maintaining organized work areas and preventing site hazards.
🧹 Site Clearance
Perform site clearance activities including removing debris, cleaning work areas, and preparing surfaces. Maintain high standards of site housekeeping and ensure safe working conditions at all times.
âš ï¸ Health & Safety
Follow strict health and safety protocols, wear appropriate PPE, and maintain awareness of site hazards. Participate in toolbox talks and report any safety concerns immediately to site supervisors.
Essential Requirements
- Valid CSCS card (strongly preferred) or willingness to obtain
- Previous construction site experience (desirable but not essential)
- Good level of physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Strong work ethic with excellent reliability and punctuality
