Key Responsibilities
- Conducting planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on a range of industrial machinery, HVAC systems, and building fabric within commercial and manufacturing environments in Exeter and the wider Devon region.
- Performing reactive and breakdown repairs to minimise operational downtime, diagnosing faults in mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.

Essential Skills & Requirements

- Strong mechanical aptitude with practical skills in fault-finding, repair, and maintenance. Electrical competency (up to 240V) is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation relevant to maintenance work. A valid CSCS card or equivalent safety passport is advantageous.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals. IT literacy for using maintenance software and digital reporting tools.
