Core Responsibilities & Duties

Essential Requirements & Qualifications
Mandatory
- A valid, in-date SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence (Frontline).
- Right to work in the UK documentation.
- Proven experience in an event security, crowd management, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Smart appearance and a high degree of physical fitness.
Highly Desirable
- First Aid at Work (FAW) or Emergency First Aid (EFAW) certification.
- Previous experience with radio communication protocols.
