Core Responsibilities & Duties
- Team Leadership & Scheduling: Directly supervise a team of housekeeping attendants, cleaners, and porters. Create and manage weekly rotas, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adequate staffing levels for all shifts, including weekends and peak periods.
