Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties
- Schedule & Route Management: Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection schedules for a fleet of vehicles, optimising routes for cost and time efficiency using designated software.
- Carrier & Driver Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers and external hauliers, communicating collection/delivery times, resolving delays, and updating all parties on schedule changes.
