Key Responsibilities & Duties

Essential Skills & Requirements
- Proven Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Chef, Commis Chef, or Senior Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen (hotel, restaurant, high-end catering).
- Formal Qualifications: Relevant NVQ/City & Guilds in Professional Cookery or equivalent is highly desirable. A valid Food Hygiene Certificate (Level 2 minimum) is essential.
- Culinary Skills: Excellent knife skills, knowledge of various cooking methods, and the ability to work across different kitchen sections.
